Carden Park has an enviable reputation for excellent cuisine and fine dining. Each of our restaurants has their own style, but the hallmark of all is to source and support our local suppliers to deliver classic and novel dishes in fantastic surroundings for your enjoyment.

Head Chef, Graham Tinsley and his team are passionate about using local and fresh ingredients and consider our supply chain in all the menu creation for all the restaurants.

The Vines

Inspired by the onsite vineyard and offering a fresh, relaxed dining experience. Enjoy delicious nibbles, seasonal mains or try something from the grill including our speciality local steaks. An informal atmosphere, perfect for lunch in between spa treatments, a quick bite to eat before your meeting or family dinners. We recommend trying a glass of Carden 'Old Gold' sparkling wine to accompany your meal in The Vines, produced by grapes grown in the onsite 4 acre vineyard, delicoous and crisp, perfect for any meal choice. Redmond’s has quickly become one of the destination restaurants in Cheshire. Indeed our food provenance, ambitions and quality have received excellent reviews in Cheshire Life, The Guardian and the local North West Press. Redmond’s really is a very special place. Morgans Bar

By day Morgan’s is a chilled out lounge bar area that creates a relaxing atmosphere where coffee and light snacks can be enjoyed. For a special occasion we recommend our Traditional Afternoon Tea, which we believe is a real treat. Morgan’s at night transforms into the hub of the Resort and becomes the gathering place for all our guests. Convivial company, great ambience and the odd tipple or two, Morgan’s guarantees a stay to remember.

Jack's Bar

Welcomes both golfers and non golfers,located in the Clubhouse overlooking the stunning Cheshire Course. Jack's offers a relaxing atmosphere and is a great place to enjoy a simple bacon sandwich to a full and hearty meal. And when blessed with the weather, soak up a few rays with fabulous views over the estate from the first floor verandha.

The Carden Library

Kick your shoes off, sit back, relax and enjoy a cappuccino whilst reading the paper . Roaring fires and comfy seating , The Carden Library really does cosset you, just like home.
