Assistant Night Manager

Carden Park Hotel’s Night Team are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Nights Manager. If you are a night owl, who has previous night shift experience and has a passion for providing excellent guest service and would like to work in one of the UK’s premier destination resorts, then we would love to meet you!

Your day (night) with Team Carden:

  • Ensuring guests receive the best possible service, meeting their needs and requirements
  • Supporting the Night Manager with rota management
  • Supporting the Night Manager with training of team members, ensuring guests receive exceptional service meeting their needs and requirements throughout the night.
  • Delivering room service orders to guest rooms
  • Check in and Check Out guests
  • Cleaning and tidying of public areas
  • Security of the resort
  • Team work

Full time roles working 10:30 pm-7 am, including weekends.

Salary £25,500 per annum

Providing excellent guest service will come naturally to you and you will have a keen eye for detail whilst keeping the hotel in a good appearance. Confidence with computers would be beneficial.  This is a great role for someone who is a current supervisor looking to develop into their next role, or a current assistant manager looking for a new challenge. Experience of working night shifts is essential. You will work well in a team, as well as have the ability to proactively work independently when required. We are looking for someone to be remarkable, with a good eye for detail who takes pride in providing the best possible service.
