Assistant Manager The Vines at Carden

A rare opportunity has become available at Carden Park Hotel! We are looking for someone exceptional to work in our exclusive gourmet dining Restaurant, The Vines, as Assistant Restaurant Manager. If you have a natural love for Food and Drink, experience of working in a Rosette restaurant environment and can provide excellent guest service then we would love to hear from you.

Your day with Team Carden:

  • Working with the Vines Restaurant Manager to ensure the Restaurant is run in a smooth and effective manner
  • Ensure all guest needs are met and the service provided exceeds their expectations
  • Support with the training and development of the Restaurant team
  • Maximise sales through hospitable service
  • Team work

Enjoy a 40 hour contract, with a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 depending on experience

We are looking for someone who will provide service to our guests that continuously exceeds their expectations. As a gourmet dining restaurant, you will need to be knowledgeable and passionate about food and drink whilst being warm and personable will be natural to you. You will have the ability to motivate and support the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a reputable restaurant in beautiful surroundings.
