Carden Park Hotel are seeking all those who have previous HR experience, to join a brand new HR team! We are looking for an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager with reviewing and implementing improvements in the full employee life cycle. Your day with Team Carden:
Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement for the odd day at the weekend.

You will have HR generalist knowledge, with extensive experience of the recruiting and on boarding process, which will make up a large part of the role. You will be required to be efficient, have the ability to organise and work independently and approach issues in a proactive manner. You will be required to have a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position, be Level 5 CIPD qualified, or working towards. The role requires you to be energetic and approachable, to provide the best support for all of our employees at every level. You will be part of brand new team, implementing new processes and ideas, all with the view to make Carden Park Hotel the employer of choice.
