Wedding and Events Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Carden Park Hotel for a dynamic and focused individual to join our Events Sales Team as Wedding and Events Manager. If you can provide excellent customer service, exceptional attention to detail and have experience of working in a Conference, Wedding and Events sales environment, then we would love to meet you!

Your day with Team Carden:

  • Driving Wedding Sales in line with Company strategy
  • Complete show rounds with all potential Bride and Grooms, selling them everything that is wonderful about Carden Park Hotel.
  • Work with Bride and Grooms to organise a perfect Wedding Day with them
  • Convert as many existing enquiries and tentative bookings as possible through to and including the contracted stage
  • Represent Carden Park Hotel at Wedding and Events Fayres
  • Team work

Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working some weekends to meet the demands of the business. Salary of £25,000 per annum, plus bonus.

You will provide exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills. You will have fantastic organisational skills with an exacting attention to the finer details of wedding organisation. Having experience in a Conference, Wedding and Events Sales environment is preferred, as well as having excellent sales and negotiation skills.  You will be required to have the ability to work to budgets and have an understanding of diary management. We are looking for someone with a warm, friendly, positive and professional attitude and remain customer focused at all times to join our fantastic Sales team.
