Brought to you by Forest Live, the Kaiser Chiefs have announced dates for a series of summer concerts in amazing woodland settings.
An independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission to bring great nights out to a new audience, the gigs are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere and raising money for a wide range of projects.
Kaiser Chiefs have had a number of hit singles, albums, sell out tours and festival headline slots since their formation in 2000. They have enjoyed a recent surge in success after frontman Ricky Wilson began appearing as a coach on The Voice on BBC1 and are currently working on a follow up to their 2014 number 1 album.
Commenting on the gigs, Ricky Wilson said, ‚Å“As a band we‚„ve always loved to play outdoors, we‚„ve done fields, parks, farms, rooftops, beaches and back gardens, but this will be the first time we‚„ve played in a forest. If you go down to the woods this Summer, you‚„re sure of a big surprise. We‚„re really looking forward to being part of Forest Live.‚
