An update for our guests in relation to COVID-19
Dear guests, members and friends,
Following the announcement from the Government 20th March 2020 and for the welfare of our guests and staff, we have temporarily closed the hotel until 30th April 2020. The closure applies across the resort, including our restaurants, leisure club, golf club house and newly opened spa.
As of 23/03/2020, we have now also closed both golf courses.
Closing the hotel has been a heart-breaking decision for us to make, but it is the right thing to do for the safety of everyone in light of the Coronavirus crisis.
We will be reviewing the situation constantly and if it continues beyond 30th April, we will of course push the reopening date out further. Please keep in contact with us on social media and email for future updates.
As you can imagine, we have been inundated with messages and calls which means it has been impossible to respond to you all straight away. I apologise for the lack of communication in the short term but everyone who has made a booking up until the 30th April will have their booking cancelled – we will then hold any deposits and contact you to book a new date in due course.
We have temporarily suspended all memberships until the hotel reopens. Throughout the closure, we hope to continue building work on the new gym and changing areas ready for summer.
