COVID-19 POLICY

Dear guests, members and friends,

We are delighted to announce there are now no areas of Carden Park closed due to COVID-19 – all facilities within our luxury resort are open to you.

The pandemic has been a difficult time for many of us and we would like to invite you to Carden Park for a well-deserved break, where you can relax, celebrate and experience our extraordinary countryside escape. As a responsible business, however, we remain aware of the seriousness of the situation and we will always put the safety of our guests and staff first.

Before your stay with us, we would like to inform you of the COVID-19 safety measures you should expect upon your arrival.

  • Face masks – Face coverings are no longer mandatory and are voluntary for guests and staff.
  • Cleanliness & sanitation – We will continue to practice enhanced cleaning measures throughout the resort and hand sanitiser stations, as well as some perspex screens, will remain in place.
  • Social distancing – There are no official restrictions on the gathering of people, but we encourage everyone to keep a social distance wherever possible.
  • Food & drink – There are no longer dining restrictions in our bars and restaurants.
  • Staff safety – All staff members will continue to complete temperature checks before work at Carden Park.
  • Large events – There are no longer restrictions on the number of guests at weddings and conferences.

Thank you to all those who have supported us throughout this pandemic and remained patient with the restrictions we have had to implement.
