Can I check in earlier?
Certainly, just leave your luggage with the concierge and you may use the facilities before your room is ready

We kindly request you vacate your room by 11.00am
Can I guarantee an early check in / late checkout?
We offer a limited number of early check in’s / late check out’s at a cost of £20 per room, per hour. These can be added during your online booking process or requested via email / telephone prior to arrival.
Do you offer Triple Rooms for Adults?
Unfortunately, we do not. We do offer Twins / Courtyard Suites which can cater for up to 2 adults and 2 children aged 15 or under.
Is breakfast included for overnight guests?
Please double check the package you are booking but almost all packages include a full breakfast which is generally served in Redmonds Restaurant.
Do you have Disabled Rooms?
Yes, we have a number of options for any guests who have special accessibility requirements. Please ask the team when making your booking.

Saturday & Sunday: 7am-10.30am
What are the restaurant opening times?
Dinner: 6.30pm 10.00pm
Sunday Lunch: 12.30pm 2.30pm
Attire: Smart Casual (No trainers or sportswear please)
6pm to 9pm for dinner (9pm is also last orders for drinks) Thursday to Saturday, 12.30pm to 3.30pm for Sunday Lunch.
Bar Snacks are served from 11.00am 5.00pm
Do you offer dinner inclusive packages?
Always double check the package you are booking but we do have dinner inclusive spa and golf packages available. The terms/allowance for these varies from package to package.
Are dining options available to all residents?
If you are booked onto a dinner inclusive package, we will ensure a table is reserved for you. However, if you do not have dinner included, you can book a table – subject to availability – online or directly with our team.
Do we need to pre book dinner?
Our Restaurants are in high demand. As such, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. If we happen to have a table available on the night, you are welcome to book – but please be aware that this is a rarity.
Is the Spa included in my hotel stay?
Unless you booked a specific spa stay package, then you will need to add your spa experience separately. You can do that here. We recommend booking in advance.
What Spa facilities are there?
The Spa at Carden is an extensive development separated from the main hotel, with a large spa garden, thermal suite, restaurant and treatment rooms.
Please note the spa can only be accessed by spa customers and adults only (you will not get access included in your stay), more information can be found here.
What do I bring for Spa Treatments?
We can supply you with robes, towels and flip-flops during your visit.
Is the Spa at Carden the same facility as the Leisure Club?
No. Our Leisure Club is located within the main hotel and entirely separate to The Spa At Carden.
Is the Spa included in my stay and is there an Age Limit?
The Spa At Carden is an 18+ facility and is not automatically included in all packages. However, we do offer a range of dedicated Spa Inclusive packages at Carden.
I am a resident and my booking does not include a spa experience. Can I still use it?
If you happen to be booked onto a non – inclusive package, you can book an experience separately to that. Please ensure this is done in advance of your visit however as the spa is often fully booked.
I have a treatment and spa session booked. Does my treatment need to be taken during the session itself?
If your treatment and session were booked as part of the same package, then the treatment will be scheduled during the session itself. However, if you book them separately – you can book said treatment into any available slot.
Do I need to book Spa in advance?
Our spa is in high demand. As such, we strongly recommend booking in advance. However, if we do happen to have last minute availability, you are welcome to book of course.
How do I get a quote for a booking?
Our pricing for packages can be found online but if you require further guidance, our dedicated team are available to contact. All quotes are valid until the end of business on the day of quotation – unless otherwise stated.

Can my friends and family call to discuss and/or make changes to my booking?
Your booking belongs to you and we are unable to discuss or change this booking with anybody else – unless you have given express permission to do so. Please get in touch with the team as quickly as possible if you wish to do this.
Can I book and pay for a friend / family member to stay with you?
Absolutely! However, to protect you as the card holder, the card used to pay for bedroom reservations must be present on check in. If this is not possible – please contact the team to arrange a bank transfer (can only be done Monday – Friday).

Is the Leisure Club included in my stay and is there an Age Limit?
Yes. All Residents aged 16+ get full access to the leisure club throughout your stay. Any guests aged 15 or under do not get full use – but can certainly use the swimming pool – under adult supervision – up until 7pm each evening.
