In these unprecedented times, we have all had to adapt to new a normal. Although large scale live events are still a little way off, internal communication is now more important than ever. Through the rise of ‘Zoom’ and ‘Webex’ meetings are still able to go ahead, however these platforms can lack in production value and have the potential be a lot more engaging…

Here at Carden Park we have teamed up with our onsite AV provider Prestige Group Events to bring you the ‘Carden Studio’. If you have had to cancel or postpone your event, why not bring your presentation team to our amazing studio space facility here onsite and stream or record your conference content and share it out with the masses safely and effectively. Delegates will be able to stream all the content and messaging from home, whilst getting the full, slick production value of your normal conference or meeting, regardless of scale.

– x2 Live cameras & cameramen
– All control equipment to enable a seamless event and stream to the web
– Crew to consist of producer, video engineer and sound engineer

Package 3 (Unlimited number of presenters)

– State of the art, LED Video wall for presentations
– Full width set
– Studio branding package
– Stage- available with studio style seating or socially distance panel format with a carpet of vinyl finish
– Lapel microphones for presenters
– Studio lighting
– x4 Live cameras & cameramen
– All control equipment to enable a seamless event and stream to the web
– Crew to consist of producer,  video engineer and sound engineer

We can stream to whatever your required platform is, to anywhere around the world through our designated hard wired internet supply. Customisable, large format graphics are available to install in the studio to customise and brand your space. We can help with the format of your sessions, including everything from slide or session design through to full event pre-production. Throughout your entire studio experience, social distancing and hygiene stations will be in place throughout.
