The treatment itself focuses on the back, legs and arms, with a gentle foot cleanse and scalp massage to complete the ritual. Each movement is designed to ease muscular tension, relieve heaviness and restore balance – allowing you to let go and simply unwind.

Soothe and Smooth Leg & Foot Balm – Used on the lower body, this luxurious balm is rich in beeswax to soften and protect the skin, helping to prevent cracked heels. Peppermint and lavender bring calming comfort, while rosemary and eucalyptus work to stimulate circulation and reduce water retention – easing the swelling that so often accompanies pregnancy.
