Our restaurant, which opened in 2021, was designed with one core concept: to offer beautifully crafted dishes using the best local ingredients, all sourced in season for authentic flavour. The Vines is an intimate Cheshire restaurant, seating just 45 guests at a time. Our elegant setting, praised as ‘sumptuous and pretty’ by inspectors, features well-spaced classically laid tables, discreet lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere. As noted in the inspection, we are also proud of our extensive wine list, which includes selections from our very own 3-acre vineyard. A rare feature that adds a truly unique touch to your dining experience.
Set within 1,000 acres of stunning countryside, The Vines offers more than just exquisite food. Guests can enjoy the luxury of our on-site spa or explore the two championship golf courses. The surrounding landscape provides a tranquil backdrop to your meal, elevating the entire experience.
