This prestigious accolade is awarded to only the top 10% of restaurants across the UK, highlighting our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences in the heart of the North West.

According to the AA’s official criteria, restaurants receiving 3 Rosettes offer cooking “underpinned by the selection and sympathetic treatment of the highest quality ingredients. Timing, seasoning, and the judgment of flavour combinations will be consistently excellent.” At The Vines, this is a standard we strive to exceed in every dish we serve

Our restaurant, which opened in 2021, was designed with one core concept: to offer beautifully crafted dishes using the best local ingredients, all sourced in season for authentic flavour. This ethos has guided our menu, allowing guests to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience. The Vines is an intimate Cheshire restaurant, seating just 45 guests at a time. Our elegant setting, praised as ‘sumptuous and pretty’ by inspectors, features well-spaced classically laid tables, discreet lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere. As noted in the inspection, we are also proud of our extensive wine list, which includes selections from our very own 3-acre vineyard. A rare feature that adds a truly unique touch to your dining experience.

Set within 1,000 acres of stunning countryside, The Vines offers more than just exquisite food. Guests can enjoy the luxury of our on-site spa or explore the two championship golf courses. The surrounding landscape provides a tranquil backdrop to your meal, elevating the entire experience.
