We then build your tailored proposal using our interactive E-Proposal platform. This digital system lets you explore everything you need to know about hosting an event at Carden Park, including:

Most clients choose to book a private showround – a guided tour where we walk you through our event spaces, breakout areas and the full guest journey across the hotel. You’ll experience the layout and atmosphere of Carden Park in person, helping you make confident decisions about your event.

After your visit, we refine any updates and send a final, accurate quote designed around your exact requirements.

Booking Stage: Secure, Simple and Transparent

When you’re ready to confirm, the booking process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. We capture key details including contracting information, confirmed event specifics, minimum numbers and any agreed accommodation release clauses.

Your contract is issued digitally through our secure E-Sertifi signing system. Once signed and countersigned, your event is officially secured at Carden Park.

At this stage, we assign you a dedicated event coordinator – your personal point of contact who will support you throughout the planning process.

Planning Stage: Bringing Your Corporate Event to Life

The planning stage is where your event takes shape in detail. Your coordinator introduces themselves with a comprehensive welcome pack containing planning timelines, function sheet templates and vital information to guide every decision. This stage may include:

  • Detailed event discussions to finalise room layouts, timings and requirements
  • Menu tasting sessions for clients hosting private dining or gala dinners
  • Regular communication to refine your agenda and logistics
  • A structured details meeting, held onsite or via Teams, to review your full event plan from start to finish

For larger conferences or multi-day events, we arrange a pre-event introduction between you, your coordinator and your event manager – ensuring complete clarity and confidence before the big day.

On-the-Day: Professional Delivery and Real-Time Support

On event day, our banqueting and operations teams take full control of running your event, ensuring everything flows smoothly and to schedule. Our coordinators maintain daily contact with you to ensure all aspects meet your expectations.

Many clients choose to set up a WhatsApp group with the coordinator and key team members –  helping you receive quick responses and real-time updates throughout your event. Whether you’re hosting a multi-room conference, awards dinner or board meeting, support is always immediate and accessible.

Post-Event: Reflect and Plan for the Future

Once your event concludes, we continue to support you through a structured post-event process. Whenever possible, your coordinator will meet with you before you depart to gather initial feedback. If that’s not feasible, we schedule a follow-up call to review your entire event in detail – what worked well, opportunities for improvement and any ideas for future events. We will also connect you with your national account manager to support long-term communication with Carden Park.
