If you choose to cancel your activity, you may be eligible to reschedule or receive a partial refund, subject to our discretion.

In the event that we must cancel an activity—such as due to inclement weather, including high wind speeds or thunder and lightning – you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. The decision to cancel for safety reasons is based on the equipment manufacturer’s guidelines.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if you independently decide that weather conditions are unsuitable. Additionally, same-day cancellations by the customer are not eligible for a refund unless the booking was made on the same day, in which case a full refund may be provided.

Participants must inform the Pursuits Team of any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, asthma, epilepsy and heart conditions. These must be disclosed to your instructor prior to the start of the activity. If it is determined that participation would pose a safety risk due to a medical condition, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please note that all members of the Pursuits Team are trained in first aid. Individuals who are pregnant may be restricted from participating in certain activities for safety reasons.

Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for all activities. Please note that Crocs and similar styles are considered open-toe footwear and are not permitted for certain activities, such as Vertigo.

Participants are advised to dress appropriately for both the weather and the nature of the activity.

You are responsible for your personal belongings, including items such as jewelry and mobile phones. Lockers are available on site, and instructors will direct you to them as needed.

Participants are permitted to carry essential medication, such as inhalers, during activities

All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is responsible for their supervision throughout the activity.

Activities will be adapted to suit the experience and skill level of participants, with difficulty gradually increased to ensure comfort and confidence. However, please note that refunds will not be issued if a participant chooses not to take part due to fear or discomfort — for example, opting out of the Vertigo activity due to a fear of heights.

All participants are required to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by Carden Park. Personal PPE will not be permitted.
