Discover a refined new dining experience at The Vines with our exclusive Supper Club evenings. Enjoy an elegant six-course tasting menu, designed to offer an accessible introduction to our award-winning eight-course gourmet experience.

Curated by Executive Chef Harri Williams and Head Chef Cyril Gabriel, each Supper Club celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients. Guests will embark on a culinary journey featuring much-loved signature dishes alongside innovative new creations, all served in the intimate surroundings of The Vines at Carden.

Your evening begins with canapés and a reception drink in Goldie’s Lounge from 6.30 pm, before moving to The Vines restaurant. Here, our chefs will guide you through a multi-course tasting menu.

Six Course Tasting Menu

Available exclusively in our Supper Club evenings, enjoy the tasting menu for £145 per person inclusive of wine flight or £80 per person without wine flight- vegetarian option also available. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Guinness and oat bread
Freshly baked bread with chef’s butter.
Asparagus and Ruthin egg
Potato and brie mousse, spring onion, potato puffs. Served with Berry Bros, & Rudd Crémant de Limoux.
Chicken ravioli
Morrel mushrooms, pea salsa, chervil, wild garlic sauce. Served with Maison de Vigneron Rosé.
Cured ocean trout tart
Ponzu gel, cauliflower, chilli and shiso. Served with Cave de Lugny L’Aurore Mâcon-Villages Chardonnay.
Welsh hogget cutlet
Baby gem, black garlic, anchovy, crispy sweetbreads, sheep’s curd and a light jus. Served with Chateau du Chatelard Fleurie.
Dark chocolate mousse
Beetroot sponge, mascarpone, beetroot sorbet. Served with Bin 27 Reserve Port.
