Discover a refined new dining experience at The Vines with our exclusive Supper Club evenings. Enjoy an elegant six-course tasting menu, designed to offer an accessible introduction to our award-winning eight-course gourmet experience.

Curated by Executive Chef Harri Williams and Head Chef Cyril Gabriel, each Supper Club celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients. Guests will embark on a culinary journey featuring much-loved signature dishes alongside innovative new creations, all served in the intimate surroundings of The Vines at Carden.

Your evening begins with canapés and a reception drink in Goldie’s Lounge from 6.30 pm, before moving to The Vines restaurant. Here, our chefs will guide you through a multi-course tasting menu, with an optional wine flight paired to each dish.

For the February 27th event, we are delighted to welcome Guy de Rivoire from our partners at Champagne Bollinger. Born in Provence and raised in the south of France, Guy has had a distinguished career in the wine industry. Initially serving as the International Sales Director, Guy now represents Bollinger as an esteemed Brand Ambassador. Guy’s professional ethos is driven by quality product and quality people. His deep-rooted passion for exquisite food and wine pairings reflects his refined palate and expertise in the world of Champagne.

Available exclusively in our Supper Club evenings, enjoy the tasting menu for £145 per person inclusive of wine flight or £80 per person without – vegetarian option also available. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Tunworth mousse: Brioche pudding, black garlic and chive

Asian style Beef tartare: Carrot, coriander and crispy quail egg

Butter poached cod: Cauliflower and grains, champagne vinegar, fish sauce and dill

Guinea fowl and truffle: Leg ragout, artichoke, bbq leek and a pickled shallot and truffle sauce
