From 1st–5th September 2026, Carden Park Hotel will host an extraordinary five-day retreat designed for people living with or recovering from cancer – a unique experience focused on movement, restoration, wellbeing and human connection.
Created in partnership with Touch for Cancer and CanRehab Trust, Move. Restore. Feel Human Again offers guests the opportunity to reconnect with themselves in the peaceful surroundings of one of the UK’s leading luxury spa destinations.
A cancer diagnosis changes more than the body. It can change confidence, identity and the relationship people have with themselves.
This retreat was created to help restore that connection.
Over five carefully curated days, guests will experience expert-led sessions in movement, nutrition, mindfulness, therapeutic touch and wellbeing – all created for people at every stage of the cancer journey.
Hosted within the award-winning surroundings of Carden Park Hotel, the retreat combines evidence-based support with the restorative power of nature, luxury wellness facilities and meaningful human connection.

The retreat has been intentionally designed for small groups, with only 30 places available, ensuring every guest receives personal support and direct access to the experts leading the experience.

The event is open to anyone in treatment, living with or recovering from a cancer diagnosis. Participants must be over 18 and can move independently.
