North Wales is set to welcome the biggest professional tennis event ever staged in the region as The 2026 Lexus Wrexham Open arrives this October.

Taking place over one week from Sunday 18th October 2026, the prestigious tournament will bring together some of the world’s top-ranked players for an unforgettable week of elite competition at Wrexham Tennis & Padel Centre. The venue will be transformed with a spectacular 600-seat arena built around the main show court, creating an incredible atmosphere for spectators and putting Wrexham firmly on the international tennis map.

But the Lexus Wrexham Open is about more than world-class tennis… visitors can enjoy international street food, live entertainment and plenty of activities for families throughout the week. Making it a fantastic day out for tennis fans or those simply looking for something different to experience together. The tournament also presents a fantastic opportunity for visitors travelling from across the UK and beyond to discover everything North Wales and neighbouring Cheshire has to offer.
