Arrival

As you journey up the drive to the hotel, you’ll be taken aback by the breathtaking beauty and open space of our country estate. The drive through the Nicklaus Course is a memorable first impression for any new and returning guests. At reception, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and clear directions for your stay with us. You’ll meet your event coordinator who will look after any details so you can focus on the success of your conference. Delegates will receive the same warm arrival with morning refreshments waiting for them.

Make an entrance

For company-wide updates and full-team briefings, our two large conference suites are made to make an impression.

The Carden Suite – Our largest venue seating up to 400 delegates (theatre), it’s the perfect location for larger events. Share the latest achievements and future plans that everyone will be excited to hear. You’ll have the flexibility to use either our built in stage or bring in your own staging, depending on your vision. To add to the wow factor, the fibre-optic starlit ceiling and customisable coloured lighting take your conference to another level.

The Shooting Suite – For a smaller space for up to 150 guests (theatre), The Shooting Suite is a bright and welcoming self-contained space. As delegates arrive, they can enjoy refreshments and treats in the private breakout area. Deliver your standout presentation on the built in digital screen and customise the lighting around the room to your brand colours.

Breakout sessions

Big ideas need room to grow and develop. That’s where our syndicate rooms come into play. From intimate boardrooms for 10 people to bigger rooms for up to 50 people, we have plenty of options for your team to take part in strategy sessions and workshops.

Beyond the meeting room

Between sessions, our grounds and facilities give your delegates room to reset and refuel. Quite often, the best ideas come to mind outside of the meeting rooms. Schedule in time for exploring the estate or even choosing a team building activity to break the ice and get the creativity flowing.

Once your conference has come to an end for the day, you and your delegates can enjoy award winning dining, whether it’s a private banquet, a meal in Redmond’s Brasserie or a fine dining experience in The Vines.
