Tucked behind our hotel, you may be surprised to find our large commercial vineyard. It boasts two types of grapes, chosen for their ability to thrive in the British climate.
As part of your package, you will be able to enjoy a bottle of our home-grown sparkling wine; The Carden Reserve. On the nose, the wine presents stone fruits, apple and pear, as well as complex brioche aromas. On the palate, we have lively perlage and vivid acidity, finished with a touch of beautiful minerality.
