Indoor Thermal Suite
Continue your escape in our extensive indoor Thermal Suite, with a collection of experience rooms designed to help you completely switch off. Move at your own pace between saunas, steam rooms and relaxation spaces before finding a quiet spot to simply do nothing at all.
Further Experiences
While not included in the competition prize, with a whole year of spa escapes to enjoy, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to make each visit different. Add a luxurious treatment, spend time in the Bollinger Beauty Bar or enjoy something delicious at Elements Restaurant.

One winner will receive 12 months of complimentary access to The Spa at Carden, valid from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. The prize entitles the winner to one half-day spa garden experience at a time, subject to availability. Full-day experiences and multiple sessions on the same day are not included. All visits must be booked at least 48 hours in advance by calling our Reservations Team on 01829 731 000. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Travel, food and drink, and any additional costs are not included. Treatments, hotel stays and other extras can be booked separately and will be charged at the applicable rate. Any guests accompanying the winner must book and pay for their own Spa Garden experience in full. The winner will be contacted via email after the competition closes.
