Dining at Carden Park is available for everyone, not just hotel guests. We have several restaurants on our 1000 acre Cheshire resort, providing fine dining options as well as casual eating. Located just 14 miles from Chester Station, we offer an excellent range of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

The Vines

The Vines is the newest restaurant at Carden Park, offering an elegant and contemporary atmosphere. Executive Chef Graham Tinsley MBE along with Head Chef Harri Williams, have formulated a classic a la carte menu that showcases true culinary craftmanship and features the very finest, fresh and locally sourced ingredients. For a fine dining experience in Cheshire, this is your restaurant of choice.

Redmond’s Brasserie

Offering a wide selection of dishes, Redmond’s Brasserie boasts an AA Rosette Award, and the varied menu is changed regularly to reflect the season. You can expect a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in our brasserie-style restaurant, this large space with cascading windows overlooking The Nicklaus course is perfect for all guests.

Morgan’s Bar

Morgan’s offers a relaxed bar atmosphere, with a delicious, casual dining style menu. You can choose from sandwiches, salads, breakfast and much more. Between 12 and 5pm you can indulge in afternoon tea whilst enjoying the beautiful views over our Cheshire estate, this is often a popular option for those searching for a luxurious afternoon tea in Chester.

Jack’s Bar

Jack’s Bar is located within the golf Clubhouse, just a 10 minute walk or two minute golf buggy ride from the hotel. Welcoming golfers and non-golfers alike. The menu here has everything you could possibly want for a tasty lunch with great views over the Cheshire course.
