Group Booking FAQs

What’s the minimum group size?

To be eligible for the booking incentive, the minimum group size is 12 players
What deposit do we need to pay, and when?

A £50.00 per room Deposit is due for payment on confirmation of your booking, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Full Balance is due for payment no later than 1 month prior to your arrival date.
What if someone in our group isn’t playing golf?

A non-golfing guest sharing a golfer’s room is £119–£139 per person Sunday to Friday, or £149–£169 Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays, depending on season.
What if we’re traveling as an odd number, or someone wants their own room?

A single occupancy supplement applies: £90 per night Sunday to Friday, £100 per night Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays. Room upgrades, from an Estate View King or Family room to the Carden Luxury Suite, are also available on request.
How much is it to upgrade my room?

Estate View King or Family room upgrades start from £50, Carden Courtyard Suites from £100, Carden Luxury Suites from £350. Learn more about our room types here.
